The hot-plug controller driver process populates the following subfunctions:

CFG_ADD

See config(D2) for CFG_ADD subfunctions. Additionally, it performs the following functions:

Initialize the controller.
Populate the hpci_hpcd_t(D4hpci) members for the callback routines.
Call the hpci_attach(D3hpci) function to register the HPCD driver with HPCI.

CFG_MODIFY

See config(D2).

CFG_REMOVE

See config(D2) for CFG_REMOVE subfunctions. Additionally, it performs the following functions:

Call the hpci_detach(D3hpci) function to detach the HPCD driver from the HPCI.
Detach interrupts and deallocate memory, locks, and other resources allocated for the HPCD driver.
