Rotating or flipping a drawing area

To rotate part of your picture in 90-degree increments:

Select the portion of the picture you want to rotate. See ``Selecting an area'' for instructions.
Select Rotate from the Tools menu.

To flip an area:

Select the portion of the picture you want to flip. See ``Selecting an area'' for instructions.
Decide which axis you want to flip:
- To flip horizontally, select Flip Horizontal from the Tools menu.
- To flip vertically, select Flip Vertical from the Tools menu.
